Good core, dated interface

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. The most mature cloud ERP platform available. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Revenue recognition that satisfies IFRS 15 without spreadsheets. The financials module is solid.

What does not

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.

Implementation ran eleven months over

The local statutory reporting was never delivered as promised. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. It may suit a simpler business than ours.
