Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

Our practice put four clients on this before we moved our own business across. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. Works through load shedding and connection loss. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Thirty years of trained South African operators. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper.

What does not

Reporting beyond the standard pack still ends up in a spreadsheet.

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand. Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses.
