The partner made the difference, not the software

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Cloud native with a browser interface that was designed this decade. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Customisation platform that survives version upgrades. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Go live was on time and under budget

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Unlimited users, priced on resources instead of seats. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Comprehensive REST API for businesses that intend to integrate. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.
