Traceability paid for itself in one audit

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Customisation platform that survives version upgrades. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Unlimited users, priced on resources instead of seats. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Comprehensive REST API for businesses that intend to integrate. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Comprehensive REST API for businesses that intend to integrate. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Cloud native with a browser interface that was designed this decade. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

We are still reconciling stock by hand

The local statutory reporting was never delivered as promised. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. It may suit a simpler business than ours.

What works

The core accounting works.

What does not

We are still running parallel spreadsheets. Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation. Localisation was incomplete at go live.
