Exchange rate makes budgeting a yearly argument

Fine product, and the dollar billing makes the budget conversation annoying. Marketing and sales in one database when you run both. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

The most generous genuine free tier in business software. Contact and deal management are solid.

What does not

The interface is dense for a new user. Support escalation is slow on technical issues.

Reps update it without being nagged

The automation removed about four hours a week of follow up admin per rep. Excellent free education and certification content. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Billing in dollars makes the annual budget a moving target.
