Good core, dated interface

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. Multi subsidiary consolidation with inter company elimination. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner.

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Saved search and reporting engine with real depth. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Saved search and reporting engine with real depth. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Revenue recognition that satisfies IFRS 15 without spreadsheets. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

The most mature cloud ERP platform available. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.
