Works well, costs more than we planned

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Saved search and reporting engine with real depth. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What does not

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Reporting requires a specialist to build.

Traceability paid for itself in one audit

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Revenue recognition that satisfies IFRS 15 without spreadsheets. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Multi subsidiary consolidation with inter company elimination. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Good core, dated interface

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. The most mature cloud ERP platform available. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

Renewal came in forty percent higher

The local statutory reporting was never delivered as promised. Where it earns its keep is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

It is stable once running.

What does not

The implementation ran badly over time and budget. Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation. We are still running parallel spreadsheets.
