Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Saved search and reporting engine with real depth. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

The most mature cloud ERP platform available. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. The most mature cloud ERP platform available. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.
