Works well, costs more than we planned

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Revenue recognition that satisfies IFRS 15 without spreadsheets. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Multi subsidiary consolidation with inter company elimination. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Saved search and reporting engine with real depth. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.
