Go live was on time and under budget

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Multi subsidiary consolidation with inter company elimination. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Multi subsidiary consolidation with inter company elimination. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Traceability paid for itself in one audit

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Saved search and reporting engine with real depth. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

The most mature cloud ERP platform available. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Revenue recognition that satisfies IFRS 15 without spreadsheets. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

Saved search and reporting engine with real depth. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.
