The partner made the difference, not the software
The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. A free community edition for businesses that can self host. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.
What works
Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.
What does not
The interface is dense and training is a real line item.
