Go live was on time and under budget

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Two years in and we still use half of it

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. The financials module is solid.

What does not

Version upgrades are projects rather than updates. Reporting requires a specialist to build.

Response from the vendor06 Sept 2025

We value the honest assessment. The bank feed reliability issue you mention has been addressed in a recent release, and we would encourage you to reconnect the affected accounts.

Go live was on time and under budget

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Stock and the ledger finally agree

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

One system across four branches

What works

Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Right system, wrong implementation partner

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

Good core, dated interface

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. The partner network means help is available.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.
