Stock and the ledger finally agree

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Good core, dated interface

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Renewal came in forty percent higher

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. In practice, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. I would look elsewhere unless price is the only consideration.
