Reconciliation went from a week to an afternoon

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. Month end close has dropped from six days to two.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Works through load shedding and connection loss. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised.

What does not

Inventory is too basic for a stock heavy business.

Right features, wrong price for our size

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Works through load shedding and connection loss. The core ledger is reliable.

What does not

Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should. The report customisation is limited.
