We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand. The report customisation is limited.

Our practice put four clients on this before we moved our own business across. Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. Month end close has dropped from six days to two. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

Solid, boring, and that is exactly what I wanted

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Works through load shedding and connection loss. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Finally a ledger our accountant does not complain about
