I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.
What works
Thirty years of trained South African operators. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly.
What does not
Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Managing Director
We committed to this on a recommendation and I regret not testing it properly first. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.
What works
Setup was quick.
What does not
Migration lost historical detail we needed for the audit. Support responses were slow and generic. Bank feed failures went unresolved for weeks.

Logistics Coordinator
We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.
What works
A report writer that will produce almost any layout. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper.
What does not
Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Chief Operating Officer
I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.
What works
Works through load shedding and connection loss. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised. Month end close has dropped from six days to two.
What does not
Inventory is too basic for a stock heavy business.
Willem BennettVerified
Financial Director
It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.
What works
Works through load shedding and connection loss. The mobile app is useful for approving payments.
What does not
Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. The report customisation is limited.

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. Works through load shedding and connection loss. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works
Works through load shedding and connection loss. Pricing is predictable with no surprise increases.

Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should. Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses.

We appreciate you taking the time to write this up. The support delay you experienced is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we have followed up internally. Please reach out directly and we will assist.
