Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Works through load shedding and connection loss. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

Fine for us, would not recommend for stock heavy businesses

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. The report customisation is limited.
