Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Thirty years of trained South African operators. Month end close has dropped from six days to two. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

Not built for a South African VAT vendor

We committed to this on a recommendation and I regret not testing it properly first. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

Bank feed failures went unresolved for weeks. Support responses were slow and generic. The VAT handling required constant manual correction.

Works well once you accept its limits

Good enough that changing again is not worth the disruption. Thirty years of trained South African operators. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.
