Does the basics well, the extras are upsells
It is capable. Getting the team to use it consistently took much longer than the software took to set up. On premises deployment available where cloud is not an option. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.
What works
Orders flow into the Sage back office without a sync job. Setup was fast.
What does not
Support escalation is slow on technical issues. Reporting is limited without moving up a tier.
