Fine platform, priced above what we use

The configuration took longer than promised, and it works well now. Clean mobile app for leave requests and approvals. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Genuinely easy for line managers to use without training. Leave management works reliably.

What does not

There is no local payroll integration. BCEA leave had to be configured rather than selected.

We had leave in a shared spreadsheet for six years. This was overdue. Clean mobile app for leave requests and approvals. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.
