Go live was on time and under budget

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Warehouse management with directed putaway and picking. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Warehouse management with directed putaway and picking. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Go live was on time and under budget

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Process manufacturing with formulas, yield, potency and grade. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Batch traceability built for food, beverage and pharmaceutical audit. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Process manufacturing with formulas, yield, potency and grade. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Warehouse management with directed putaway and picking. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

We are still reconciling stock by hand

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

It is stable once running.

What does not

We are still running parallel spreadsheets. Localisation was incomplete at go live. Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation.

Renewal came in forty percent higher

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

It is stable once running.

What does not

We are still running parallel spreadsheets. Localisation was incomplete at go live. Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation.

Stock and the ledger finally agree

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Batch traceability built for food, beverage and pharmaceutical audit. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Warehouse management with directed putaway and picking. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Good core, dated interface

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Warehouse management with directed putaway and picking. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Batch traceability built for food, beverage and pharmaceutical audit. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

Version upgrades are projects rather than updates. The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner.

Go live was on time and under budget

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Batch traceability built for food, beverage and pharmaceutical audit. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Multi legislation financials in one instance across African jurisdictions. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.
