The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

A free tier good enough to run a small business on. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Good value, occasional performance problems

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

A free tier good enough to run a small business on. Setup was quick.

What does not

Performance degrades on a large workspace. There is no native time tracking.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Portfolios and goals that give directors a truthful in flight picture. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

One owner per task, which removes the most common cause of dropped work. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

A free tier good enough to run a small business on. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Simple enough that people actually use it

Client reporting takes minutes now

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. A free tier good enough to run a small business on. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.
