Client reporting takes minutes now

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. A free tier good enough to run a small business on. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Portfolios and goals that give directors a truthful in flight picture. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Used for less than 6 months

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Portfolios and goals that give directors a truthful in flight picture. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Used for 1 to 2 years

Client reporting takes minutes now

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Portfolios and goals that give directors a truthful in flight picture. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Portfolios and goals that give directors a truthful in flight picture. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

One owner per task, which removes the most common cause of dropped work. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Client reporting takes minutes now

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

A free tier good enough to run a small business on. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

Too slow on our connection to be usable

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. What surprised me was that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

The free tier is generous.

What does not

We paid for a tier we could not make use of. Half the team never adopted it. It was too slow on our connection.

We paid for fifteen seats and used nine

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. In practice, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. I would look elsewhere unless price is the only consideration.

What works

It looks good.

It was too slow on our connection. Half the team never adopted it. We paid for a tier we could not make use of.
