The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Portfolios and goals that give directors a truthful in flight picture. Client facing views mean fewer status emails. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Simple enough that people actually use it

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Portfolios and goals that give directors a truthful in flight picture. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Forms that turn intake requests into structured, owned tasks. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

Client reporting takes minutes now

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. One owner per task, which removes the most common cause of dropped work. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

A free tier good enough to run a small business on. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. One owner per task, which removes the most common cause of dropped work. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Portfolios and goals that give directors a truthful in flight picture. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

Too slow on our connection to be usable

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. I would look elsewhere unless price is the only consideration.

What works

The free tier is generous.

What does not

It was too slow on our connection. We paid for a tier we could not make use of. Half the team never adopted it.
