Managers use it without being chased

Managers approve leave from their phones now, which was the whole point. The best onboarding workflow in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Reporting a board will actually read. Leave requests and approvals happen on the phone without training. Document storage with e signature removed a printing step entirely.

What does not

Recruitment is a separate module at a separate price.
