Good value, occasional performance problems

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. The most capable free tier in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Native time tracking included from the free tier. Setup was quick.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. The learning curve for the advanced features is real.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Documents, whiteboards and tasks in one product. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

The most capable free tier in the category. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

What works

Replaces three or four separate dollar subscriptions. Task management is reliable.

What does not

The learning curve for the advanced features is real. There is no native time tracking.
