Simple enough that people actually use it

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Client reporting takes minutes now

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.
