The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Client reporting takes minutes now

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Client facing views mean fewer status emails. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes.

Simple enough that people actually use it

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Client facing views mean fewer status emails. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

Great tool, we built it badly at first

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Task management is reliable.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. The learning curve for the advanced features is real.

We value the honest assessment. The bank feed reliability issue you mention has been addressed in a recent release, and we would encourage you to reconnect the affected accounts.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Fine for tasks, weak for resourcing

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. Setup was quick.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. Performance degrades on a large workspace.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.
