Good value, occasional performance problems

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. Setup was quick.

What does not

The learning curve for the advanced features is real. Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable.

Client reporting takes minutes now

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Too slow on our connection to be usable

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

The free tier is generous.

What does not

Half the team never adopted it. We paid for a tier we could not make use of. It was too slow on our connection.
