Simple enough that people actually use it

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Time tracking in the same tool changed our billing

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

Too slow on our connection to be usable

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. Where it earns its keep is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

It looks good.

What does not

Half the team never adopted it. It was too slow on our connection. We paid for a tier we could not make use of.

We appreciate you taking the time to write this up. The support delay you experienced is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we have followed up internally. Please reach out directly and we will assist.

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Half the team lives in it and half still work from email. Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Task management is reliable.

What does not

Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable. There is no native time tracking.
