The whole team adopted it in a fortnight

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Used for less than 6 months

Visibility across twelve projects, finally

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Unlimited free viewers, so stakeholders cost nothing. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Used for 1 to 2 years

Simple enough that people actually use it

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Everyone can see what is due this week without asking. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Dashboards that aggregate across many boards for real visibility. Setup was quick.

What does not

Performance degrades on a large workspace. The learning curve for the advanced features is real.

That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Automation that needs no code and genuinely removes admin. Time tracking sits with the tasks, so billing is accurate. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

What does not

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

We paid for fifteen seats and used nine

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. In practice, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

It looks good.

What does not

We paid for a tier we could not make use of. It was too slow on our connection. Half the team never adopted it.

Reporting could not answer basic questions

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. What surprised me was that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. I would look elsewhere unless price is the only consideration.

Half the team never adopted it. We paid for a tier we could not make use of. It was too slow on our connection.
