Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. Non technical managers build working processes in an afternoon. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.
