We are still reconciling stock by hand

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. It may suit a simpler business than ours.

What works

It is stable once running.

What does not

Localisation was incomplete at go live. Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation. We are still running parallel spreadsheets.

Landed cost is finally accurate

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Two years in and we still use half of it

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

Reporting requires a specialist to build. The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner.

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

A free community edition for businesses that can self host. The partner network means help is available.

What does not

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.
