Stock and the ledger finally agree

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Right system, wrong implementation partner

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

Version upgrades are projects rather than updates. The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner.

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.
