Two years in and we still use half of it

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. The partner network means help is available.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. Reporting requires a specialist to build.

Stock and the ledger finally agree

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Integrated ecommerce, stock and accounting in a single database. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.
