Implementation ran eleven months over

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. What surprised me was that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

It is stable once running.

What does not

Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation. The implementation ran badly over time and budget. We are still running parallel spreadsheets.

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What does not

Good core, dated interface

Good system, and you must budget for the support relationship indefinitely. One licence covering every application rather than module by module pricing. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

Reporting requires a specialist to build. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.
