Traceability paid for itself in one audit

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. A free community edition for businesses that can self host. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Right system, wrong implementation partner

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Manufacturing depth well beyond its price point. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What does not

Reporting requires a specialist to build. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.
