Landed cost is finally accurate

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Renewal came in forty percent higher

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

It is stable once running.

What does not

Localisation was incomplete at go live. The implementation ran badly over time and budget. Renewal pricing increased well beyond inflation.

One system across four branches

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Two years in and we still use half of it

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner.

Thank you for the review. We are glad the compliance side is working well for you. On the reporting point, we would like to show you what is possible with the custom report builder, so please book a session with our team.

Stock and the ledger finally agree

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Traceability from raw material to finished goods is complete. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Right system, wrong implementation partner

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.

Powerful, and it demands a specialist

Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. The partner network means help is available.

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.
