The partner made the difference, not the software

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

Powerful, and it demands a specialist

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.
