Good core, dated interface

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

Reporting requires a specialist to build. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.

Landed cost is finally accurate

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

The largest ERP implementation partner base in South Africa. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

Right system, wrong implementation partner

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. Reporting is capable once configured.

What does not

Reporting requires a specialist to build. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.
