Traceability paid for itself in one audit

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Strong multi warehouse and multi branch handling. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

What does not

Configuration changes need the partner rather than an internal administrator.

One system across four branches

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Local statutory reporting maintained by the vendor. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

Manufacturing and bill of materials without moving up a tier. Landed cost calculations are accurate including duty and clearing. Stock on hand matches the physical count for the first time in years.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.
