Competent but the support tests your patience

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. A report writer that will produce almost any layout. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Multi warehouse inventory with serial, lot and bill of materials. Pricing is predictable with no surprise increases.

What does not

There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand. Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses.

That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Works through load shedding and connection loss. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

Migrated away after fourteen months

The trial went well. Live use with real volume did not. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

Migration lost historical detail we needed for the audit. Support responses were slow and generic. Bank feed failures went unresolved for weeks.
