Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. VAT201 output that transfers cleanly to SARS eFiling. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

VAT201 output that transfers cleanly to SARS eFiling. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Fine for us, would not recommend for stock heavy businesses

It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. Direct bank feeds for Absa, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Capitec. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

VAT201 output that transfers cleanly to SARS eFiling. The mobile app is useful for approving payments.

What does not

The report customisation is limited. There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.
