Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Direct bank feeds for Absa, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Capitec. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Direct bank feeds for Absa, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Capitec. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

Migrated away after fourteen months

I have spent more time working around this than working in it. Where it earns its keep is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. It may suit a simpler business than ours.

What does not

Migration lost historical detail we needed for the audit. Support responses were slow and generic. The VAT handling required constant manual correction.
