Good ledger, disappointing reporting

It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. Direct bank feeds for Absa, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Capitec. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Direct bank feeds for Absa, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Capitec. The mobile app is useful for approving payments.

What does not

Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should. There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand.

Support took eleven days to answer a VAT query

We committed to this on a recommendation and I regret not testing it properly first. In practice, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. I would look elsewhere unless price is the only consideration.
