Does the compliance work without being asked

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. VAT201 output that transfers cleanly to SARS eFiling. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Free accountant login on every plan. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

Good ledger, disappointing reporting

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. Direct bank feeds for Absa, FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank and Capitec. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

The deepest pool of trained local bookkeepers in the country. Pricing is predictable with no surprise increases.

What does not

Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should. Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses.
