Employees actually log in, which surprised me

The employee file being in one place made our last inspection straightforward. Genuinely easy for line managers to use without training. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Modular pricing, so you pay only for what you switch on. The employee file holds everything in one place with proper permissions. Reporting on headcount and turnover is available without asking IT.

What does not

Recruitment is a separate module at a separate price.
