Right system, wrong implementation partner

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Batch traceability built for food, beverage and pharmaceutical audit. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Process manufacturing with formulas, yield, potency and grade. The financials module is solid.

What does not

Version upgrades are projects rather than updates. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.

What does not

Reporting requires a specialist to build. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.

Landed cost is finally accurate

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Process manufacturing with formulas, yield, potency and grade. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

Traceability paid for itself in one audit

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Batch traceability built for food, beverage and pharmaceutical audit. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.
