Right system, wrong implementation partner

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Global partner network for multi country groups. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. Reporting requires a specialist to build.

Renewal came in forty percent higher

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.
