Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Portfolio roll ups that give a programme director one honest view. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Critical path scheduling with dependencies and baselines. Templates mean a new project is set up in minutes. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

Without governance the number of boards grows out of control.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Resource allocation across many concurrent projects. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Adoption was harder than expected

Good tool. The pricing bands do not suit a team of our size. An Excel like formula language spreadsheet users already know. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

There is no native time tracking. Dollar pricing makes the budget unpredictable.
